No disassembly, no flush, no special oil. The product goes in through the oil filler cap and the engine does the rest of the work.
Bring the engine up to normal operating temperature before you start. The reaction needs heat, so a cold engine is the wrong moment to apply.
Shake the container hard for a full minute so the ceramic particles are evenly suspended. This step is not optional — settled product does not dose correctly.
Switch the engine off, add the correct dose through the engine oil filler cap, and close it. Do not add it to the fuel tank — the engine formulas are oil additives.
Start the engine and let it idle for 30 minutes, or drive about 30 miles. Full protection develops over roughly the next 300 miles of normal driving.
Dose is set by two numbers: how much oil your engine holds, and how many miles are on it. One box contains one applicator.
